Totally ruined my diet with celebrating tonight. I have a new job. One in which I will be walking long distances, so that should help shed the pounds. Had trouble breathing still, so had to cut the workout short.

Mood:

Almost done with being sick so I'm doing much better today. Didn't get much done in the way of exercise and Mom had the car so I couldn't hit the gym. She works tomorrow so I should be able to go then.

**I decided that I will have one day a week where I won't keep track of what I've eaten. Yesterday was it for this week. So I have to faithfully report what I eat until next Monday and then I can have one day off.**

Still sick. Have good medication now though, so I should be a bit better by tomorrow, which means I'm hitting the gym tomorrow morning since I missed the last couple of day.
Eating wasn't the greatest. But not having the best luck with food anyway. Shouldn't have had the chocolate bar, but I needed the sugar.
